Hey, I'm Holly – I’m so glad you’re here.
I know what it’s like to feel lost in your own head. To spend your life doing what you’re “supposed” to do - working hard, showing up, keeping it together - only to find yourself wondering, is this it?
If self-doubt, anxiety, or big life changes have left you feeling disconnected from yourself, you’re not alone. I work with women who feel stuck in their own thoughts - overthinking, people-pleasing, second-guessing themselves - helping them find clarity, confidence, and a sense of self they actually recognise.
For many of my clients, motherhood is part of that story - an identity shift that no one really prepared them for. Others find themselves in a different transition: a career that doesn’t fit anymore, a relationship that feels unsteady, or a creeping sense that life is happening around them but not for them.
My approach is down-to-earth, warm, and person-centred - this isn’t about ‘fixing’ you because you were never broken. Instead, we explore the deeper patterns and beliefs that keep you feeling stuck, so you can start trusting yourself again. Therapy with me isn’t about doing more - it’s about letting go of who you think you should be and making space for who you actually are.
I bring nearly a decade of experience as a therapist, alongside specialist training in self-compassion, birth trauma, perinatal mental health, and the complex emotions that come with identity shifts. But more than that, I bring real-life understanding—because I’ve been there too.
If you’re not sure what you need, that’s okay. I offer one-off deep-dive sessions as well as ongoing therapy, helping you figure out what feels right for you, at your own pace.

More About Me
I’m also the founder of Your Mamahood, a community focused on maternal mental health and supporting mums through the messy, real, and often overlooked parts of motherhood. I speak at events, run groups, and work with organisations to help change the way we talk about women’s mental health.
My Credentials
I hold an accredited Postgraduate Diploma (PGDip) in Counselling Psychology from Keele University and have extensive specialist training in maternal and perinatal mental health, self-compassion, and trauma-informed therapy. I’m fully insured, professionally trained to work online, and a registered member of the British Association for Counselling and Psychotherapy (BACP), adhering to their ethical framework at all times.

Counselling / Therapy
A space where you can talk openly—without pressure, without judgment, and without the expectation to ‘have it all figured out.’ Therapy with me is about being truly heard and understood, whether you’re untangling overwhelming emotions, navigating a life transition, or simply trying to reconnect with who you are.
I offer a collaborative and compassionate space where you’ll be listened to with warmth and empathy, gently challenged when needed, and always met with understanding. You might be here because of birth trauma, postpartum anxiety, depression, or feelings of losing yourself in motherhood. Or maybe you’re navigating self-doubt, people-pleasing, or the weight of trying to live up to everyone else’s expectations.
Whatever has brought you here, you don’t have to figure it out alone. My approach helps you explore what’s beneath the surface—so you can move forward with more clarity, self-trust, and self-compassion.
Session Options
Online therapy: £50 per session
In-person (Lichfield) & home visits (postpartum): £60 per session
Concessions available for those on maternity leave or low/no income

Not everyone wants or needs long-term therapy—sometimes, you just need focused, in-depth support to help untangle what’s on your mind. My one-off sessions are designed to give you clarity, practical guidance, and a deeper understanding of yourself in a single session, without the pressure of ongoing therapy.

A focused 60-minute session to explore what’s weighing on you, help you untangle your emotions, and leave you with clear next steps. You’ll receive:

✔ A summary of key takeaways so you can reflect and revisit what we coveredDeep-Dive Intensive – £150
A 90-minute deep-dive for those who need more time, depth, and personalised support. Perfect if you’re working through something big, feeling emotionally drained, or wanting a more in-depth strategy for change. You’ll receive:
✔ A comprehensive exploration of your challenges and goals
✔ Personalised tools & strategies based on your specific situation
✔ A written session summary + bespoke resource pack to support you beyond the session
