My name is Sarah and I’m a female fitness trainer, specialist in pre and post natal fitness and recovery.

I’m a mum of 2 myself so I’ve been there and I’m still there so I recognise the struggle of finding time to make movement a priority but I aim to help mum’s to find that time using simple and effective workouts that fit into their lives!

I’m passionate about exercise being an integral part of pregnancy and also want to help new mums find themselves again and regain confidence in their bodies.


SERVICES

I provide face to face training sessions aswell as online session planning and a monthly subscription service which offers women a huge library of short workouts they can do anywhere with minimal equipment


CLIENT LOVE:

Working with Sarah has completely transformed my view on exercise. In the past, I dreaded workouts, but Sarah’s focus on breath work has made all the difference. By incorporating breathing techniques, I’m able to connect more deeply with my body, engaging the right muscles at the right time. It’s not just about the physical movements; the mental clarity and focus I gain through breath work has made exercise feel both mentally and physically rewarding.
